Wall Panels
Panels are smooth and flat on both sides, easy to clean. Antibacterial coating. Connection system designed by Termotes allows fully flush connections with glazing, doors and other panels. Airtight installation. Built-in cable conduit. AISI304 S/S surface as option

Base Rail
Base rail provides perfect leveling for CleanPan.wall panels. Available in aluminium, coated GI and AISI 304 S/S
Installation Duct
Vertical duct of 120 mm for cable and pipes.
Wall-Floor Coving
Impact-resistant radius coving system used as wall skirting allows for total “cleanability”.
Bumper
Wall mounted bumper rail to provide both impact and abrasion protection.
Suction Panels
Suction panels are empty panels to be used as suction duct. Manufactured with suction grill. Identical with CleanPan wall panels.
See-through Panels
Fully flush connections on both sides and completely air tight. See-through panels are made of safety glass. May be applied as window or full height panel.
Door Systems
Fully flush connections between glass/leaf/door and panel. Fully flush on both sides. Air tight installation. Panel, panel with glass or fully glass wings available.

Hydraulic Door Closer
Door closer ensures the door to remain closed. Door stop option keeps the door open on purpose.
Panic Bar
Panic bar is used for emergency doors.
Automatic Door Gasket
Automatic door gasket prevents air flow under door wing. Driven by door wing position.
Strike Plate
Easy to clean stainless steel box strike plate with rounded corners.
Interlock System
Electronically controlled pass control system. Designed by Termotes for CleanPan doors and pass-box systems. Opening one of the doors result locking of the other door to protect pressure difference and prevent direct air circulation between environments. Up to 6 doors can be controlled. Buzzer and/or light alarm applicable.
Ceiling Panels
Walk-on type fully flush ceiling system. Up to 150 kg/m2 distributed loading capacity. AISI304 S/S surface as option.

Pass Through Box
Pass through box is an effective solution to transfer materials in and out of the controlled environment, without actual personnel movement. Opening one of the doors result locking of the other door to protect pressure difference and prevent direct air circulation between environments. Ergonomically designed, easily managed singlehanded. HEPA filter and UV light are optional features. Different sizes and functions upon project requirements.
